Vladimir Bryant Foundation: Transition Program

The Vladimir Bryant Foundation’s Transition Program is designed to support children and young adults with disabilities as they transition from school to adulthood. This critical phase often presents challenges, including limited access to career counseling, vocational training, and independent living resources. Our program is dedicated to helping young adults with disabilities navigate these transitions, providing them with the tools, resources, and support systems necessary to succeed in the next stage of their lives—whether that be in the workforce, post-secondary education, or independent living.

Vladimir Bryant Foundation: Early Intervention Program

The Vladimir Bryant Foundation's Early Intervention Program is designed to support children from the moment they are diagnosed with a disability, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support for a successful educational journey. Our program focuses on providing individualized attention, ensuring each child has an individualized education plan (IEP), access to appropriate school system supports, and assistive technologies tailored to their specific needs. We are committed to empowering children with disabilities to succeed academically and reach their full potential.

Vladimir Bryant Foundation: Parent Support Program

The Vladimir Bryant Foundation’s Parent Support Program is dedicated to supporting families who care for children and young adults with disabilities. We recognize the vital role that families play in the well-being and success of individuals with disabilities, and we are committed to empowering them with the guidance, resources, and support they need. Our family-centered approach ensures that caregivers—especially those navigating this journey for the first time—feel equipped, informed, and supported. Through workshops, support groups, and expert counseling, we help families build resilience, confidence, and a strong foundation for their caregiving journey.

Assistive Technology and Adaptive Devices:

We will ensure access to the latest assistive technologies and adaptive devices, empowering individuals to break down barriers in school, work, and their communities. By advocating for these tools, we help enhance independence, enabling individuals to navigate daily activities with greater confidence, ease, and freedom.

Vladimir Bryant Foundation: Self-Advocacy and Legal Support Program

The Vladimir Bryant Foundation’s Self-Advocacy and Legal Support Program is designed to empower children, young adults, and their families with the tools, knowledge, and legal resources necessary to navigate life with a disability. We understand that self-advocacy is essential for accessing services, making informed decisions, and ensuring equal opportunities in education, employment, and healthcare. Our program provides comprehensive training on self-advocacy skills, while also offering legal support to protect the rights of individuals with disabilities under laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), and other disability-related legislation
